The infrastructure of
independent
retail.

PCA is the integrated platform behind independent cannabis retail: real estate, capital, and hands-on advisory under one roof, built for the operator opening a store. You keep the license, the equity, and the brand. Proven across twelve independently owned storefronts in New York, and counting.

Twelve storefronts, independently owned Neighborhood-by-neighborhood

Real estate. Capital. Advisory. One integrated platform.

Three pillars, delivered together. Not stitched from vendors, not sold in pieces. The way independent retail should be built.

Capital · loan program

Two loans. Neither one charges interest.

A construction loan to build the store, drawn in phases. A working capital and loss reserve loan for the opening order and the first payrolls, secured on collateral that never includes your license. Both interest-free.

We hold the head lease, you hold the sublease.

PCA signs the head lease, pays the deposit, rent and property taxes, provides the landlord with a suitable guarantee, and manages the relationship. You take a sublease on a finished, license-ready store.

Advisory

Back office, in-house.

Bookkeeping, accounts payable, sales and excise tax filings and payroll. Licensing and application support, SOPs and inspection prep. CFO-style oversight with regular reporting. Plus group rates on vendors, services and insurance an individual operator can't negotiate alone.

Every store keeps its independence
Operator-owned Operator-branded License stays with the operator

Built for operators. With a door for everyone else.

If you are opening a dispensary, everything on this site is for you. Landlords holding a space and the providers who supply the network have their own doors below.

PCA has brought a level of insight and professionalism that has made a real difference for The Hamptons Collective. From the earliest stages of our launch through ongoing operations, they’ve helped us think through important decisions, stay organized, and approach the business with a stronger financial foundation. They are thoughtful, accessible, and genuinely invested in our success. For us, PCA feels less like an outside advisor and more like an extension of our team.

Notes from learned experience. Not from theory.

The market read you can only write from running stores rather than studying them. Category shifts, deal terms, regulatory reads, monthly.

Twelve operators run their own stores on the Platform. The next one could be yours.
