Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Platform Cannabis Advisors ("PCA," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to platformcanna.com (the "Site").

PCA is a real estate, capital, and advisory platform for independent cannabis retail operators in New York. PCA does not sell, distribute, or deliver cannabis or cannabis products, and this Site does not process any cannabis transactions.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, government-issued personal identification numbers, or health information through this Site. Business and licensing information you choose to provide (such as an OCM license number or entity details) is used solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.

2. How we use information

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

3. How information is shared

Form submissions are routed by email to PCA's internal team (hi@platformcanna.com) via a form-processing vendor. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site, bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not share information with cannabis licensees or third parties for their independent marketing use.

4. Data retention

We retain form submissions and inquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records.

5. Cookies and analytics

This Site does not set cookies. We use a privacy-preserving analytics service that measures aggregate traffic (pages viewed, referring site, general region, browser and device type) without cookies and without tracking individuals across other websites. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies.

If you use the accessibility menu on this Site, your display preferences (such as text size or contrast) are saved in your browser’s local storage, on your device only. They are never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and you can clear them at any time through the menu’s reset control or your browser settings.

6. Data security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, consistent with the data security requirements of the New York SHIELD Act (N.Y. Gen. Bus. Law § 899-bb). These include limiting access to information to personnel who need it, working with service providers who are contractually obligated to safeguard the information they handle on our behalf, and periodically reviewing our practices.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach of the security of the system involving private information, we will notify affected individuals and any applicable regulators as required by New York law.

7. Your choices

You may request that we delete personal information you've submitted by contacting hi@platformcanna.com.

8. Children's privacy

This Site is not directed to individuals under 21 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision.
